Tender Description

This RFP relates to the engagement of a consultant to provide services to fulfil the function of the Senior Property Manager for a period of up to 2 years with a possible extension of a further 2 years.

The consultant will advise on complex property management issues and provide mentoring to the Property Manager.

Advice and mentoring can be provided by a single consultant or by a consultant team with the required range of relevant expertise.
