Destination NSW is seeking a quote for the provision of lighting overlay services for Vivid Sydney 2026.
Project goals
The Supplier will be required to work under the direction of the Festival Director, Technical Manager, Vivid Sydney, and Production Managers, to plan, implement and deliver Lighting Overlay Services. The Supplier will collaborate with the Technical Manager and Production Managers to deliver on the technical, operational, and logistical elements across all sites. The Supplier will be responsible for ensuring that all items are safely installed, operated and maintained during bump in, the Event period and bump out to deliver the services across multiple precincts.
Scope
The RFQ provides a detailed scope of services which must be considered and addressed by all respondents.
