Prebbleton Minor Works Contract

Selwyn District Council (SDC) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced construction contractors to deliver the physical works under NZS 3910:2013. The works comprise three separable portions of infrastructure improvement packages located within the Prebbleton area. These works are designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and connectivity for the local community.

This tender invites suitably qualified contractors to submit proposals for the delivery of all three components under a single contract. The intention is to achieve efficiencies in programming, resourcing, and community engagement. The successful tenderer will be expected to demonstrate relevant experience in delivering similar works in urban environments, with a strong emphasis on traffic management, quality, health & safety, and stakeholder coordination.
