Tender Description
Bayside Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake the design AND construction of a pump track facility at Sir Joseph Banks Park, Botany.
Key deliverables are concept design optioneering, presentation materials for community engagement including 3D design and design report, facilitation of a community workshop, review and inclusion of stakeholder feedback in the design, detailed design and construction documentation, construction cost estimates, complete construction of the pump track facility and supporting infrastructure to the Council approved design.
Contract award will be in February-March 2026 with completion of construction in summer 2026/2027.
