Major Strategic Review

The Town of Port Hedland (ToPH) seeks to engage suitably qualified consultants to undertake the major strategic review of its Strategic Community Plan (SCP)/ Council Plan. This project will require reviewing the current Strategic Community Plan/Council Plan, reviewing data gathered through the Town’s Community Perception Survey, undertaking extensive community engagement, a visioning process and the development of the Council Plan and a Community Services Strategy (CSS). This integrated project will ensure all documents reflect current community needs, priorities, and aspirations, and are strategically aligned with local, regional, and state frameworks.
