Greater Darwin Region - Provision of Arboreal Services to Public and Social Housing Assets for a Period of 24 Months

⁠⁠⁠This contract seeks suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out arboreal services at Houses and within the common areas of public housing unit Complexes that are owned by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development in the Greater Darwin region.

The Greater Darwin region is, for the purposes of this tender, divided into two geographical zones.

• Zone 1 Darwin
• Zone 2 Greater Palmerston & Rural

The contract will ensure that within each zone, a nominated contractor will undertake all arboreal services.

The procurement will seek part-offers and the intention is to select no more than one Contractor for each Zone. The Contract will include an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months.
