Tender Description
The Department of Education requires a mandatory Panel arrangement for the supply of school uniforms and speciality apparel for Western Australian public schools. This arrangement will include “branded” and “non-branded” (school logo) school uniform apparel (depending on each school’s specific requirements) as well as cover supply arrangements through the following mechanisms:
- On-site uniform shops (managed by either suppliers, schools or Parents & Citizens Associations (P&C)); and
- Off-site uniform shops (managed by suppliers).

An online briefing session will be held on 16 Apr, 2026 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:
- Date: Thursday 16 April 2026
- Time: 10:00 AM Western Australia
- Location: Online via Microsoft Teams platform.
