The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) intends to establish a panel of suppliers for the provision of plant, equipment and experienced operators to construct and maintain roads, firebreaks and airstrips, including assisting in bush fire suppression activities as required in various DBCA managed locations throughout the south west of Western Australia.
