Summer Events Food Vendor Expression of Interest Form | City of Albany Community Events Program 2025-2026

The City of Albany delivers a diverse cultural program of annual events including festivals, concerts and children’s events. If you are a food / beverage vendor with quality offerings and exceptional presentation the City of Albany welcomes your expression of interest to participate in the 2025/2026 Summer Events Program.

Food vendors can register their interest by completing the following Food Vendor Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. Vendors that submit an EOI will be included in the City’s food vendor database for consideration ahead of each event.

Selection Criteria

Preference will be given to applicants with food offerings that offer the best value to attendees and provide the best overall fit for the event. Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:

 Food Offering

• Professionally presented food offerings.
• Diverse menu that can service diverse customer groups with offerings at various price points.
• Offering healthy food and drink options (including gluten free and vegetarian foods).
• Using local fresh, seasonal and high-quality produce.

Presentation

• High quality presentation of the food truck/ stall including clean equipment, clear signage and menus.
• Professional staff standards (neat hair, appropriate clothing and footwear).
• Space and power requirements (in relation to the event site).

Vendors are required to thoroughly review the terms and conditions listed below and agree to them upon submission of the Expression of Interest form. Vendors are only required to submit one EOI for the City’s 2025/2026 summer events season.

Successful applicants will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their availability. Selection of applicants is at the City of Albany’s discretion. The City will select applications that offer the best value to attendees and provide the best overall fit for the event.

Please note unsuccessful applicants will not receive notification and should consider the application unsuccessful if they do not receive any further correspondence from the City.
