External Project Management Services - Roads and Paths Renewal Program FY25-26

The Town of Port Hedland is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Project Manager to provide contract-based project management services for the delivery of the Town’s asset renewal roading program which includes, $3.9M Renewal Program

• Footpaths

• Carpark Renewal

• Kerb Renewal

• Remote Community Roads

• Road Reseal - Sealed Roads

• Road Reseal - Unsealed Roads

The engagement will be for an initial period of 6 to 9 months, commencing in December 2025, with hours estimated at:

• 30 hours per week during pre-construction

• 25 hours per week during construction

The Project Manager must be based in Port Hedland to ensure immediate site access, stakeholder engagement, and responsiveness to project needs. Remote delivery will not be considered.
