Bentley Health Service (BHS) High Voltage Switch Room

EMHS are seeking a suitable Contractor to provide Construction services to construct a new HV Switch Room along with the supply and installation and commissioning of Consumer Switchgear and the coordination of Western Power High Voltage switchgear within a new HV Switch Room at the Bentley Health Service (BHS) campus.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Bentley Health Service,, 18 - 56 Mills Street,, Bentley, on 20 Nov, 2025 1:00 PM.

A Non-Mandatory Briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

Date: Thursday 20th November 2025

Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM AWST

Location: Lawn in front of A Block – Bentley Health Service, 18 - 56 Mills Street, Bentley, Western Australia 6102

Dress Code: Long pants, long sleeves, high visibility vest, and safety shoes.

Questions: Any questions asked during the Non-Mandatory Briefing will be taken on notice. All other questions related to the Non-Mandatory Briefing must be submitted via email to Vivian.Hendricks@health.wa.gov.au. Responses to all questions related to the Non-Mandatory Briefing will be issued subsequently as an addendum / clarification via TendersWA..
