Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage an experienced Seller who has the capability to provide a benchmark report and roadmap after conducting an independent audit and targeted review of the Consumer Data Right (CDR) ICT architecture, operating model and cost structure.
The engagement will support strategic decision-making and operational improvements and is expected to be delivered over two phases. The first phase is to be completed by the end of January 2026, and the second phase by 27 February 2026.
