Lease of Café/Eatery at Northern Beaches Community Hub

Overview

Mackay Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the lease of a café/eatery at Northern Beaches Community Hub. 

Background

Currently under construction, the Northern Beaches Community Hub (NBCH) is a significant multi-staged project that will ultimately provide a community facility for all of Mackay’s residents, visitors and businesses and is situated within the Northern Beaches area. The development is located at 10 Badyari Yalu Road, Rural View.

The design for the hub includes a café (shell) with the intent that a business will lease and operate a business serving food and drinks to patrons of the NBCH.

The successful tenderer will be responsible for fit-out of the café shell and will provide a proposal (designs) to Council as part of this tender.
