Project goals
The procurement project goal is to engage supplier(s) capable of delivering secure, scalable, and reliable services for:
· Device Hire Services (Part A)
· Mobile Device Management (MDM) Services (Part B)
These services are required to support the digital delivery of HSC examinations across NSW, for the period of 3+1+1 years. The RFP seeks to:
· Engage supplier(s) who can meet NESA’s operational, technical, and compliance requirements.
· Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services aligned to the HSC exam schedule.
· Promote innovation, flexibility, and responsiveness in service delivery.
· Ensure compliance with NSW Government procurement, cyber security, privacy, and records management obligations.
· Enable NESA to engage supplier(s) for either Part A, Part B, or both, depending on the outcome of the evaluation process.
NESA reserves the right to award one or more contracts, or to cancel the process without awarding any contract.
Scope
The supplier(s) must be capable of delivering secure, scalable, and reliable services for:
· Device Hire Services (Part A)
· Mobile Device Management (MDM) Services (Part B)
Respondents may choose to respond to Part A, Part B, or both, and must clearly indicate their chosen scope in their submission.
NESA is seeking to establish a five year (3+1+1) contract with one or more suppliers for the provision of IT equipment and support on a short-term hire basis (3 to 6 months). This is intended to facilitate the onscreen marking and operations of HSC examinations in externally hired venues within the Sydney metropolitan.

The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) invites eligible Respondents to submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Device Hire Services (Part A) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) Services (Part B) for the operation of HSC annual examinations for the period of 3+1+1 years.
