Physical Security Services

The Department is seeking to engage a professional security provider to deliver a dynamic, fully resourced, and tailored service model aligned with its operational requirements, risk environment, and performance expectations.

The provider will deliver proactive and reactive security operations, actively staffed and supported by appropriate patrol capabilities, equipment, and vehicles to ensure seamless coverage across designated areas.

Access to the Tender Documents and Briefing Session will only be granted once the Deed of Confidentiality has been signed and submitted to the Contact Person for review and acceptance.

A briefing session will be held at 83 Pirie Street, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, 5000 on 10:00 am 21 November 2025.

Registration for the Industry Briefing closes at 4:00pm ACST, Thursday, 20 November 2025. All registrations to be made via email to the nominated Contact Officer in Section 1.3.

Please ensure the following is included within your registration email:

- Attendees’ names, position and email address

- Method of attendance (In Person or Teams). Attendance at the industry briefing will not be approved unless a confidentiality deed has been completed by the company attending (listing those attending) and processed by the Contact Person.
