Otupaiia Civil Works & Pump Track

The New Plymouth District Council, in collaboration with Te Kowhatu Tu Moana Trust, is seeking an experienced and capable contractor to conduct civil works for the Otupaiia Project Phase 1, scheduled to run from end of January 2026 through to end of April 2026.
