Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Robinson Road, Brunswick on 27 Nov, 2025 11:00 AM.
An optional Site visit is being offered for interested parties. While attendance is encouraged to support your understanding of the Site, it is not mandatory.
A non-mandatory Site visit for Respondents will be conducted at:

Location: Robinson Road, Brunswick. Please refer to Attachment 6 – 612022 Brunswick River – Sandalwood Access Map. The meeting place prior to entering private property is identified as Point 5 on Robinson Road.
- Expression of Interest (EOI)
If you wish to attend the Site visit, please submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via email. This will assist us in coordinating access and managing Site logistics.
The Respondent is requested to confirm their intention to attend by no later than 12:00PM, Western Australia Thursday 20 November 2025 by contacting marina.caputi@dwer.wa.gov.au.
Note: Depending on the number of EOIs received, it may be necessary to schedule multiple Site visits to accommodate all interested parties. You will be notified accordingly.

- The Site is located on private property and is part of a working farm.
- Visitors are asked to exercise caution, follow all safety instructions, and remain within designated areas at all times.
- Access is restricted to 4WD vehicles only due to Site conditions.
