Joondalup Multiple Lift Replacements

⁠⁠⁠A number of campus lifts have reached the end of their effective service life and are now experiencing significantly higher than normal rates of breakdown. Due to their age, these lift systems rely on components that are increasingly obsolete, expensive to source, or subject to extended procurement lead times. This situation has resulted in increased maintenance costs, prolonged downtime, and reduced reliability of vertical transport services across affected buildings. Edith Cowan University (ECU) are conducting an open RFT and a mandatory site briefing to award a contract for the replacement of the identified lift units.
