Roe Street Car Park Rooftop Space Activation, Northbridge

The City of Perth is inviting expressions of interest (EOIs) from creative industries, cultural organisations and community groups to develop and deliver a program of suitable activities within the rooftop space of the City of Perth Parking (CoPP) Roe Street Car Park (Project).

The outcome of the EOI is expected to foster community engagement and enhance the vibrancy and activation of the Roe Street Car Park in Northbridge and the wider Northbridge neighbourhood. The evaluation will be conducted in two (2) stages.

For this purpose, the City is seeking EOIs from organisations to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirement of this EOI.

A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at Roe Street Car Park, 68A Roe Street, Northbridge on Thursday, 20 November 2025, from 10:00am to 11:00am AWST.
