Kaiapoi to Pineacres Path

Tenders are sought from suitable suppliers for Contract 25/67 Kaiapoi to Pineacres Path which is for the Construction of a new off and on road path from Kaiapoi to Pineacres.

The main tasks involved in this Contract include:

• Traffic management on busy roads
•  Construction of new kerb and channel.
•  Refuge Island construction
•  Construction of new asphalt shared path including driveways.
•  Surfacing of an existing path
•  Construction of watts profile speed humps
•  Installation of new sumps / manholes and drainage assets
•  Liaison with key stakeholders including local landowners/occupiers and business owners, ECan, Runanga and WDC.
•  Environmental management, compliance with consent conditions and the archaeological authority and archaeological management plan.
