Turf Services and/or Supply and Installation of Turfgrass

The City of Perth is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide turf services and/or supply and installation of turfgrass. The Contractor/s shall carry out the works as detailed in the Scope of Works and the works include, but not limited to:

Turf Services

Section 1 - Turf Renovation

Section 2 - Nutrient Applications

Section 3 - Wetting Agent, Water Retainer and Growth Suppression Applications

Section 4 - Pesticide Applications

Section 5 - Supply and Installation of Turfgrass

For this purpose, the City is seeking tenders from organisations to submit their offers in accordance with the requirement of this RFT.

A mandatory briefing to Tenderers will be conducted at Council House, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth on Thursday, 20 November 2025, from 10:00am to 11:00am AWST.
