Provision of New Change Room Building, Collier Reserve COMO

The City of South Perth is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to provide a submission of a lump sum tender for the construction of a new change room facility, located at Collier Reserve (CR), Thelma Street, Como. The Contractor shall allow for the completion of all works shown, described or inferred by the Specification, Drawings and other documents included in this Request for Tender. They shall further allow for complying with any instructions issued by the appointed Superintendent (Site Architecture Studio).

Broadly, the overall scope of work comprises the following :

1. Construction of a new change room building;

2. Service upgrades & connections to the surrounding curtilage of the new building; and

3. Associated external siteworks.

The target completion timeframe for the construction works is approximately 24 weeks from commencement or by 11 September 2026, whichever occurs earlier.

The proposed site at Collier Reserve [CR] can be accessed from Thelma Street in Como. It is bounded by:

1. Thelma Street and associated Car Park to the north;

2. Collier Park Golf Course to the south;

3. City of South Perth Operations and Recycling Centre to the east; and

4. Wesley Playing Fields to the west.

The site is currently developed as a turf area associated with the surrounding Collier Reserve public open space.
