Description: The Shire of East Pilbara invites Offers from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake upgrade works to the property, including kitchen, wet areas, external concreting, and portico works, in accordance with the Request documentation.
Mandatory Site Inspection: 09:00 am, Fri, 28 November 2025, meet at the property. See Note below.

Specification Questions: All questions with respect to the Specification must be lodged via the public forum on the tendering portal.
Lodgement: Offers can only be submitted electronically via the tendering Portal.
The lowest or any Offer is not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members and Staff will disqualify Tenderers from the RFx process.

Note: No Contractor, Subcontractor, or their representative is permitted to attend the property without permission in writing from the Principal. The property remains under private ownership until settlement has been finalised and does not currently fall under Shire control. Access to the site prior to this date is strictly prohibited.
