Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to undertake the educting and cleaning of gully pits, access pits, and gross pollutant traps, as well as to assist with the road sweeping program at various locations throughout the City of Cockburn.
Prospective tenderers involved in controlled or liquid waste disposal must hold a current Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) Controlled Waste Carrier licence for their business, drivers, and vehicles.
The scope of required services encompasses both scheduled and unscheduled activities, including inspection, programming, comprehensive reporting (including defect reporting), as well as the educting and cleaning of gully pits, access pits, associated pipework, and gross pollutant traps.
Repair works are excluded from this contract.
Road sweeping is not part of the standard scope of works. However, the Contractor may be requested to provide road sweeping services as an optional item if required by the Principals Representative.
The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for one (1) subsequent year and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.
The Contract is expected to commence in February 2026.
