Atwell Reserve Redevelopment Design Team and Superintendency Services

The City of Cockburn (the principal) requires the services of an appropriately qualified, skilled, experienced, and registered (WA) Architect to undertake the design, documentation and Superintendency consultant role for the design and construction of the Atwell Reserve Redevelopment project.

The project relates to the extension of the existing clubrooms and improvements to the existing building. Please refer to the concept design included in the tender package for information on the project scope.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend up to twelve (12) months; to a maximum contract term of four (4) years. The Contract is expected to commence in January 2026.
