Tender Description

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises demolition of the existing entrance gate, gym door and ramp and replacing it with a new automatic sliding gate/door and carrying out upgrade works to the ramp which include but are not limited to:

· Demolition

· New electrical sliding door

· New electronic gate

· Concrete works

· Electrical works

· Balustrades and handrail upgrades to suit DDA compliance.
