WCC - Rehabilitation, Relining and Repair of Storm Water Assets and Associated Works

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Rehabilitation, Relining and Repair of Storm Water Assets and Associated Works Contracts. Work will include 2 Separable portions of work for the 2025/26 Financial year. SP1 is seeking Design and Construct tenders for Relining and Rehabilitation of Stormwater assets and SP2 is for minor patch works or concrete repairs. Additionally, Council is seeking to form a Schedule of Rates panel for a term of 4 years with multiple contractors to be able to deliver an ongoing program and deal with emergent works.

Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from free of charge.

A pre-tender meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams, commencing at 10am on Wednesday 19 November 2025. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting and contact the officers below requesting an invitation.

Tenders are to be submitted online within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The General Manager

Rehabilitation, Relining and Repair of Storm Water Assets and Associated Works Contracts"

and shall be lodged to the Tender Box located within Council's Administration building at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, by contacting Council's Procurement Specialist on 9777 7535 with one (1) hour notice of arrival so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Tuesday 9 December 2025.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
