Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 11 Coolibah Way, Wickham WA 6720.
The Work includes but is not limited to carpentry works, plumbing and drainage, flooring, electrical, painting, replacement of various general fixtures and appliances, glazing, and concreting works.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 11 Coolibah Way, Wickham on 17 Nov, 2025 11:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at the premises. The location of the briefing will be 11 Coolibah Way, Wickham WA 6720.
