Port Macquarie Airport Boundary Fence Upgrade

Port Macquarie Airport intends to replace approximately 4km of the remaining outdated electric stock fencing with modern "floppy top" fauna and security exclusion fence.

The primary objectives of this engagemetn are detailed in the Project Summary Page and 2D Fence Plan along the Request for Quotation document with detailed specifications.

A mandatory site meeting is not required however Council encourages interested contractors to request a site visit to understand the works zone within the airport. A combined site inspection may then be organised to reduce site visits. The potential respondent must advise Council of the number and names of attendees for a site visit via email to josh.bennie@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 12:00pm (AEDT), Wednesday 19th November 2025.
