Tender Description
Welcome School board of trustees are seeking a main roofing/building contractor to work on the removal and replacement of roofing systems to Blocks B and D at Ōpiki School.
The works include re-pitching, reroofing with metal and membrane systems, skylight and gutter replacement, and minor interior remedial works.
The works are to be delivered over the Christmas school holidays to minimise disruption to the school.
