Tender Description

This opportunity is for the construction of the new Turangi Suspension Bridge, a 70.5 metre long steel and timber suspension bridge across the Tongaririo River, Turangi. This includes all vegetation removal, steel fabrication, timber and component supply and all labour to complete the works.

The RFT includes the decommissioning/removal of the existing Major Jones Suspension Bridge once the new bridge is commissioned and opened for use.
