Castlereagh RFS Design Consultant

Council is seeking a Design Consultancy to submit a wholistic proposal for all services to satisfy the scope of the project for the design of Castlereagh Rural Fire Service brigade station.The Design Consultant will be responsible for delivering a coordinated documentation package suitable for construction and costing purposes.

The Design Consultant is expected to complete a thorough investigation of the site, familiarise themselves with the surrounding area, analyse available site studies, and confirm statutory approvals.

A Floor Plan has been prepared and endorsed by RFS for the Castlereagh Rural Fire Station. The Principal Consultant is expected to complete a review of this documentation and prepare a complete design package throughout the project lifecycle, that align future use aspirations and infrastructure requirements for the Castlereagh Rural Fire Station with deliverables and available budget.
