Expression of Interest - Lead Integrator Specialist Engineering & Integration Services Panel

The Cross River Rail project is delivering a new 10.2 km rail line, including 5.9 km of twin tunnels beneath the Brisbane River and CBD, with new underground stations and a world-class signalling system, all integrated into the existing Queensland Rail network.

In June 2025, the Cross River Rail Lead Integrator function commenced, bringing together a unified team from the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority, Queensland Rail, the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and Delivery Partners. This group is responsible for leading the system integration to deliver a safe, reliable and operable railway for customers. A key focus of the Lead Integrator is solving complex problems that arise during the integration of new and existing systems.

The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced from suppliers capable of supporting the Lead Integrator function, enabling scalable, on-demand access to expertise across systems engineering, safety assurance, testing and commissioning, and advisory disciplines.
