Appointment of Principal Real Estate Agent - Caravan Park Disposal

North Burnett Regional Council (the Principal) seeks quotations from suitably qualified and licensed Principal Real Easte Agents specialising in commercial real estate sales and leasing to support the disposal of the Principal’s managed caravan park portfolio.

The appointed agent will deliver commercial sales and leasing services for the following caravan parks:

•Biggenden (Mount View) Carvan Park – State Reserve land, to be leased through public tender with sale of existing assets.

•Mingo Crossing Caravan Park – Freehold property to be sold via public tender; long-term lease considered if no sale.

•Mount Perry Caravan Park – Freehold property to be subdivided and sold via public tender; lease considered if not sold.

•Mount Perry Workers Camp (Decommissioned) – Freehold site to be subdivided and offered with the above as a separable portion.

Council’s objective is to complete its withdrawal from caravan park operations by 30 June 2026.
