Recordkeeping Solution

To procure a modern recordkeeping solution that enables the efficient and compliant management of Queensland Treasury’s records. The solution should manage physical records while enhancing the default functionality of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—specifically in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange Online—to provide expanded capabilities for sentencing, disposal, tracking, and protection of electronic records, as well as improved physical records management and overall information management enhancements.

The new solution should be ready to begin tracking records by 30 March 2026.
