Independant Construction Quality Assurance Engineer - MCROPS

The Principal, MidCoast Council, seeks to appoint an Independent Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Engineer to undertake independent verification, testing, inspection, and certification of all works performed by NALG Envirotech Pty Ltd (the Contractor) under the Design Build Own Operate and Transfer (DBOOT) Contract No. WS_TEN_WASTE_FOGO_PROCESSING_FACILITY_01-2024 for the MidCoast Regional Organics Processing Solution (FOGO Facility) located at 48 Midge Orchid Road, Darawank, NSW 2428.

The Independent CQA Engineer’s role is to protect the Principal’s interests by ensuring that the FOGO Facility is constructed to approved design standards, relevant legislation, and Australian Standards, and is fit for purpose for its full operational term and ultimate transfer to Council.
