The Shire of Dardanup is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide design and construct services for a future Commercial Tenancy Fit Out, Shire of Dardanup Eaton Administration Building (the Principal).
A Site Inspection is not mandatory but respondents are invited to attend a site inspection on 19 November 2025 at 11.00am WST. The location of the meeting is 1 Council Drive, Eaton, 6232. The Site Inspection will provide Respondents with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the Expression of Interest. Please confirm with the contact person, Belinda Jansen van Vuuren on (08) 9724 0324 your attendance at this meeting no later than 18 November 2025.
Any response not submitted via the Shires e-tendering portal will not be accepted for evaluation. The lowest or any response will not necessarily be accepted, and canvassing of the Shire of Dardanups Councillors or staff will disqualify suppliers from the evaluation process.
