Printing & Distribution of Animal, Water & Rates Notice

The Townsville City Council seeks to engage a suitably experienced and capable supplier to provide all required aspects of the supply and delivery of printed and electronic rates and utilities notices to the rate payers of Townsville. Utilities notices include waste, water and animal registration notices. Rates, waste and water notices will be required twice yearly, and animal registrations will be required yearly.

There is also a requirement for supplemental material to be sent during the year, and the Supplier will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of any additional notices.
