Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The District Council of Cleve invites tenders from Tenderers to Design and Construct Eight (8) Residential Homes in Cleve that consist of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, being 128m ² in area (the Services ).

The proposed site is located at Elson Sub-Division, Cleve SA. The site is currently prepared for construction with subdivision and service installation to the site completed previously by the Council.

Council is seeking to engage an experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of the buildings with the key objectives to meet the timelines for the funding agreement and deliver the project within Council’s approved budget.
