Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labor and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake the construction of approximately 240 metres of stormwater mains in Campbell Street, Firthside, together with associated pits and minor civil works.

The successful Tender will be appointed as Principal Contractor for the delivery of these works.

Tenders close on Monday 1st December 2025 at 2:00pm AEST.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:30 AM on Friday 14th of November, on site. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum  Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. 

Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
