Design Brief – Remote Housing Studio And Extension Program (Shap & Qhigi)

To address the issues associated with overcrowding in remote Indigenous communities, the State of Queensland through the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, intend to deliver 20 extensions to existing social housing properties at various sites on Northern Peninsula Area(NPA), Queensland.

Northern Peninsula Area Regional Council (NPARC) invites Tenders from suitably qualified Design Consultants for the design of Extensions and Studios across Northern Peninsula Area’s (NPA) five communities: this being Bamaga, Seisia, New Mapoon, Umagico, and Injinoo.
