RFP Donesafe Services

Dear Suppliers,

Auckland Council is seeking qualified partners to provide scalable development and platform support services for the Donesafe SaaS platform, with the potential to extend to other SaaS platforms in the future.

This is an opportunity to partner with one of New Zealand’s largest local government organisations as we strengthen our SaaS capability and evolve our health, safety, and compliance systems. The successful partner(s) will play a key role in supporting delivery velocity, mitigating key-person risk, and embedding technical best practices aligned with Council’s DevOps and security frameworks.

Partners will be expected to work collaboratively within Auckland Council’s Agile delivery model, integrating into our PI Planning cycles and contributing to a long-term, sustainable delivery approach that balances internal capability with scalable external support.
