Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

The professional service provider will deliver expert project management and consulting support to lead the delivery of complex ICT-enabled projects across business and technical domains. The engagement will oversee end-to-end project management including planning, governance, coordination, reporting, finance, and risk management. This service will require to work closely with program and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and aligned with organisational strategic goals. The vendor must ensure continuity of services throughout the engagement, including provision of suitably skilled replacement personnel if required, so that deliverables are not impacted by staff

Key Responsibilities

The professional service provider will:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integration of new ways of working across architecture, delivery, service management, and support functions.
  • Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives by working with senior IT leaders to define, plan, and implement changes to structures, governance, processes, and capabilities.
  • Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management of interrelated initiatives within the broader IT transformation program.
  • Maintain alignment with MDBA’s enterprise delivery frameworks and standards.
  • Monitor and report on budget and resourcing for all project components.
  • Lead and support stakeholder engagement across MDBA business areas and jurisdictional partners.
  • Provide clear, timely reporting to project steering committees and governance bodies.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and project artefacts are developed and maintained.
  • Support procurement and vendor management where required.
