Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 8 Palmerston Street, Bunbury WA 6230.
The Work includes but is not limited to multidisciplinary refurbishments undergoing demolition works, electrical, replacement of doors and windows, cabinetry, ceiling works, flooring, and painting.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 8 Palmerston Street, Bunbury on 14 November 2025 10:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at the premise. The location of the briefing will be 8 Palmerston Street, Bunbury WA 6230.
