Tender Description
The Work Under the Contract (WUC) comprises the design and construction of Stage 1 marine-side infrastructure for the Marine Logistics Hub, located at the southern end of Thomson Bay adjacent to the existing Army Groyne. The facility is being developed to support expanded logistics operations, including barge landings, marine service access, and future infrastructure provisions.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Rottnest Island, the RIA Hub (Behind the Dome Café), Rottnest Island on 18 November 2025 9:00 AM.
Tenderers may attend a non-mandatory Site Visit and Briefing with RIA.
The following session has been scheduled on:
- Date: Tuesday 18th November 2025
- Time: 9:00am
- Location: Rottnest Island, the RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café)
Tenders are required to pay all costs for all transportation to and from site, and all arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers responsibility.
By no later than 2:00 pm on Friday 14th November 2025 Tenderers shall confirm to Adrian Clunes their attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at adrian.clunes@dbca.wa.gov.au
