Stormwater Drainage Network Asset Renewal (Pipe Relining Works)

The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of services outlined in the specifications.

Pipe Relining/Restoration Works – No. 3 – 12 Grand Way, Castle Hill NSW 2154

Pre and post CCTV inspections of existing 375mm diameter stormwater pipes. This will include all required jetting, removal of debris from the stormwater pipe to enable relining.

Install ~150m of UV lining to a 375mm diameter concrete pipe, including the preparation of internal surface of pipe for lining works.

Allowance of grinding in areas of radial displacement where it’s exceeded by more than >10mm.

Allowance of grinding in areas where underground house outlets are located and need to be connected to the system. 

Pipe Relining/Restoration Works – No.3 to No.7 Garthowen Crescent, Castle Hill NSW 2154

Pre and post CCTV inspection of existing 375mm diameter stormwater pipes. This will include all required jetting, removal of debris from the stormwater pipe to enable relining.

Install ~46m of UV lining to a 375mm diameter concrete pipe, including the preparation of internal surface of pipe for lining works.

Allowance of grinding in areas of radial displacement where it’s exceeded by more than >10mm.

Allowance of grinding in areas where underground house outlets are located and need to be connected to the system.

Pipe Relining/Restoration Works – North of Castle Towers, Castle Hill NSW 2154

Pre and post CCTV inspection of existing 375mm, 900mm and 1050mm diameter stormwater pipes. This will include all required jetting, removal of debris from the stormwater pipe to enable relining.

Install of UV lining to the following dimensions of stormwater concrete pipe:

- ~47.5m of 375mm diameter

- ~111.5m of 900mm diameter

- ~34.35m of 1050mm diameter; including the preparation of internal surface of pipe for lining works.

Allowance of grinding in areas of radial displacement where it’s exceeded by more than >10mm.
