Wallaroo Aquatic Facility

This specification details the requirements for the construction of the new Wallaroo Swimming Enclosure for the Copper Coast Council. The works include the fabrication, supply, transportation, installation, and commissioning of all marine and structural components as outlined in the approved design documentation prepared by WGA.

With the drawings being issued as IFT, Council are seeking additional input and suggestions from tender submissions on potential design or material change considerations which will improve constructability and provide overall project cost savings. Tender respondents are strongly encouraged to provide additional suggestions in this regard for Council consideration to incorporate within the final IFC design.
