Tender Description
The Te Aro School site comprises of a number of now tiered platforms with the retaining wall infrastructure of a significant age.
More recent condition survey work has identified one of the lower walls as compromised with large cracks some risk of partial or complete structural failure.
During the course of site investigation, it was also identified that an area of land subsidence is present in close proximity to adjoining residential properties. The project scope will extend to remediating this issue and reinstating the failed section of boundary fencing.
