Cleaning Services for the ACT Legislative Assembly

The Territory represented by the Office of the Legislative Assembly is seeking responses from qualified suppliers for the provision of Cleaning Services for the ACT Legislative Assembly.

Mandatory Site Visit and Industry Briefing:

Tenderers are advised that this Request for Tender (RFT) process includes a Mandatory Site Visit followed by an Industry Briefing, and both components must be attended in full to remain eligible to submit a response.

Any questions and answers raised during these sessions will be documented and issued via an addendum, which will be made available only to Suppliers who attend both components in full and have signed the Confidentiality Deed at the time of the visit.

A briefing session will be held at ACT Legislative Assembly - Public Entrance,, Office of the Legislative Assembly, 196 London Circuit, Civic., Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, 2600 on 21 November 2025 10:00 am.

Notes: Mandatory Site Visit and Industry Briefing All Suppliers who register for the Mandatory Site Visit and Industry Briefing must attend both components in full in order to remain eligible to submit a response to this RFT.

• Date: Friday, 21st November 2025

▪ Site Visit from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM (Canberra time), followed by an

▪ Industry Briefing from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM (Canberra time).

• Location: ACT Legislative Assembly - Public Entrance, Office of the Legislative Assembly, 196 London Circuit, Civic, Canberra, ACT 2600 Registration for the Site Visit/ Industry Briefing: Attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per business entity.

Suppliers are required to register the details of attendees via Tenders ACT no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, 19th November 2025. Registrations must include the name, title, phone number, and email address of each attendee. Site Visit Requirements: Attendees will be required to provide proof of identity on the day of the site visit. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, all Supplier representatives attending will also be required to sign Attachment H – Deed of Confidentiality Form at the time of the visit. Any questions and answers raised during the Site Visit and Industry Briefing will be documented and made available only to those Suppliers who attend and have signed the Deed of Confidentiality.

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
