Lyttelton Brick Barrels Laser Profiling

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit Proposals to:

1. CCTV the stormwater brick barrels in Lyttelton, including logging and uploading the data via Council’s CCTV portal.

2. Provide a complete Laser Profile/point cloud of the stormwater brick barrels in Lyttelton

3. Survey all laterals entering the brick barrels to determine if they are live (i.e. connected to a property and in use) or abandoned (i.e. no longer in use/required). Note if the surveying of laterals (or any other aspect of the Contract Works) requires the Contractor to enter private land, the Contractor will be required to comply with the requirements of the Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025 (in particular section 161) for access.
